People in Casanova Dalat Hotel
Wow! First I’ll start by saying the lobby and the hotel itself is beautiful. There’s a cafe at the entrance and beautiful city view! I’d like to thank the girl at the reception who I believe was the manager, who checked me in and was so polite and welcoming🤍 I spent a night at the dorms which was really wonderful and I’ve met new friends, and the second day I’ve had a private bedroom with a view which was no less than a 5 stars hotel bedroom! Everything was clean and comfortable. Thank you very much. I recommend you to arrive here, whatever accommodation you’ll choose will be great here. Also, there’s an elevator! BTW: there’s no AC but you don’t need it, it’s not hot at night and there’s a fan for those who need extra air and a balcony! (Also at the dorms and the private room with the balcony)

It's a small and cozy boutique hotel where each room has its own unique charm, and the decor and views will absolutely captivate you. Plus, they also have super clean dorm rooms that can make anyone with any budget happy. The hotel's location is in the best spot in the city, the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and since the hotel is situated on a hill, the lobby and cafe-restaurant area are bright and airy with an amazing view of the city. I spent two nights in their best room with a private wooden bathtub overlooking the city, and also one night in a dorm room. I absolutely loved their Vietnamese breakfasts, cappuccinos, and the matcha they served. I'm sure you'll thoroughly enjoy your stay at this beautiful boutique hotel!

I only stayed one night at Casanova but really enjoyed my stay. I originally booked a dorm bed because I just needed somewhere to stay before taking a bus the day after, the owner/receptionist offered me a special rate to upgrade this reservation to a private room with nice city view. My room and the hotel overall was very clean, comfortable bed too. The owner's commitment to sustainability was also a big plus, they have water filter station that you can refill your water bottle anytime. They also use stain steel straw instead of single use ones when you order drink from the cafe. Highly recommend!

The overall design of the hotel is very nice, quaint and comfortable. The seating area at the ground floor is very pretty with potted plants and big windows allowing natural light and great view looking down at Dalat town. There were also loads of electric plug points to charge phone beside each table at the lounge. Refillable filtered water station provided which I'm ecstatic about. NICE hot shower with strong pressure which is necessary for the cold temperature climate.

I loved the room - I had a deluxe double with bath. The bath was lovely and deep and there was plenty of hot water. The hotel is in a pretty building, in an area close to town but quiet. It’s kept very clean, and the staff are really friendly. Comfy bed too and plenty of sockets for charging devices.
